This page updates monthly with new challenges and prompts. Journaling supports a number of mental and emotional health benefits. I consider journaling part of my mental wellness, and spiritual clarity routine. It is the strongest tool in my creative support arsenal. It supports my physical body by allowing me to direct and conserve precious energy and efforts. Additionally, it’s a powerful exercise for organizing, planning and executing goals. As a habitual journaler, I rely heavily on old notes, and reference thoughts to mark progress, track habits and thereby alter behaviors, as well as capturing details for my creative works and processes. There is no cost to participate unless you purchase a journal, otherwise, follow along for free with the tools of your choice. Kickoff is officially January 1st, 2026.
